The 2nd Sunday of the month is usually used as serious chillaxing time, however in our never-ending quest for interesting market environments, I tropped up to Mt. Tamborine last Sunday for the Tamborine Showground Markets on the recommendation of Rene (of 88 Bottles, fellow stallholder, and friend).
Everyone's always really friendly at markets. Juky and Beatrix was anchored down beside a small roasted macadamia stall and had help from them setting up the marquee.
It's amazing who stops by at markets.
There was a bearded man who came to the markets to buy a wooden stick for his cosplay axe who offered me a deep fried olive.
And a little boy who bought a bookmark for his mother.
And a high school graphics deisgn teacher from Adelaide who took a business card.
Again, our converted storybooks were the best seller of the day.
May the Force be with you all,
